Policy for Classes and Workshops: Space is very limited and classes fill up quickly, so registering in advance is suggested. All those that are not registered are on a first come basis. A deposit of half of the admission of the class/ workshop must accompany registration. You can register in person or over the phone with a credit card. You CANNOT register for classes via email. Deposits for classes/ workshops are refundable for a store or class credit only. Cancellation within 24 hours of class time is necessary. If you have made a reservation and do not give 24 hours notice of your cancellation you forfeit your deposit. All courses (courses include classes with more than 1 session in a series) must be paid in full at the first class, NO EXCEPTIONS! If you register online for a class after the "registered by" date you will be charged the remaining balance to be paid in cash on the evening that you attend the class. We are a real store, and have many many more items (including books, singing bowls, incense, one of a kind crystals, and jewelry) that we carry in the store but are not offered online. Items are shipped within 7-10 business days of receipt of order. Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. According to the USPS: Priority packages are delivered in an average of 2-3 days to any destination. Returns/Exchanges, and adjustments must be made within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in original unopened condition and must include all original packaging. Oils, candles, incense, crystals, calendars, datebooks, and books are not returnable. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items that are not in stock will be put on back-order, and will be shipped to you at no additional cost as soon as they are available. Crystals are a natural product and therefore appearances will vary from one stone to another. We do however take extra care to pick the most beautiful specimen possible at the time of your order. If you find broken items upon opening your package you must go to the post office that delivered your package, and file a claim with them.
