These spells are easy and fun for everyone, regardless of your religious affiliations. They are designed to assist you in your everyday life, and will help you to believe in your own personal power. A MONEY SPELL
* This is my very favorite money spell which I have done on the new moon , every month for years (everyone can use more money)!! I have had great success with this spell in the past, when done correctly.
* You will need: 3 new shiny pennies (2000-2004), money oil, 1 green seven day pullout candle, a piece of parchment or virgin paper (paper that's never been written on), and sea salt.
* Stand outside the front door of your home, with the door open. Holding the three shiny pennies, visualize the amount of money that you need this month (please be realistic!). Throw the pennies into the house, repeating the incantation "Money on the floor, money through the door" three times, while continuing to visualize the amount of money you are asking for. The pennies must stay where they land for 19 days UNDISTURBED! By the New Moon of the following month you should recieve some money. To reinforce this spell, annoint the green seven day pullout candle with Money oil while again visualizing the amount of money you need. On a small piece of parchment write the amount of money you need, and place the paper under the annointed candle. Surround the candle and parchment with sea salt while it burns to protect your spell!

In my many years of spell casting, my favorite holiday for spells is St. Valentine's Day. It is a wonderful time to ask the higher powers for the love you want and need. We all need love, it is the most powerful emotion in the universe. As my Mother used to say, "Only a stone should be alone!" So this is the month to find, get back, summon, or reinforce the love you want. This month, I send you one spell to summon the love you want, and one to help you find your soul mate. I have done these spells; they work for me, and they can work for you--
A SPELL TO SUMMON THE ONE YOU WANT
* You will need: Sea salt, Love oil, Red candles (for passion and seduction), Candle cup, Rose quartz, A piece of parchment, And if possible- a photo of the person you desire.
* First create a small altar - a sacred place on which to do your magic. On it place stones, a candle, a shell, and a feather to represent the four elements and/or some of your favorite spiritual items reflecting your beliefs (statuary of gods/goddesses, a cross or pentacle etc). It is best to set up your altar in a quiet place where it won't be disturbed.
* ON THE EVENING OF THE FULL MOON (February 23, March 23) surround your altar area with sea salt to protect your spell. Write the name of the person you desire on the parchment paper, preferably in red ink or dove’s blood ink. Anoint the candle with love oil, and place the parchment, and the photo underneath it on your altar. As you concentrate on sending ALL of your loving thoughts and desires into the universe and to the person you desire, light the candle while saying: “LIGHT THE FLAME, BRIGHT THE FIRE, RED IS THE COLOR, OF DESIRE.” Repeat these words three times. You should hear from the one you desire by the next full moon.
THE SOUL MATE SPELL
* This spell is for those of you who are looking for a soul mate
* You will need: White shirt or clothing, Fairy dust (or gold glitter), A wand, wooden stick, or pencil.
* On the evening of the new moon ( February 8, March 10, April 8) wearing white clothing, go to a secluded place where you can see the stars in the sky. Focus on a bright star and take your wand, dip one end into the glitter and raise the wand up to the star you have chosen while saying: “WITH THESE MAGIC WORDS, I BEGIN MY SPELL. HEAR ME O MYSTIC STAR, HEAR ME WELL LET YOUR MAGIC LIGHT SEND ME THE LOVE OF MY LIFE THE SPELL HAS BEEN CAST – SO MOTE IT BE!” Repeat these words three times. This spell can be repeated on the new moon every month, until you find your soul mate. Remember to always make your surroundings and your self as attractive and pleasing as possible. Keep your actions and thoughts in a high place, and smile often.
Spring is here and it's time to do our spring cleaning. This month I will be giving you ways to cleanse your homes and your spirits. There have been many positive and negative forces around all of us lately, including Mercury retrograde, which goes direct on April 12th. There will be several eclipses coming up also, so let's clean up any negative energies around us, our families, our children (also 4 legged), and our homes...
A GENERAL CLEANSING AND PROTECTION OF YOUR HOME
* You will need: Sage (either loose or in a bundle), Protection oil, Sea Salt , Stones of Protection (Onyx, Black Tourmaline, or Jet to repel negativity), Scarabs (protects and makes your dreams come true), White Candles , and my favorite protective herb blend that you can make yourself using: basil, bay leaf, marjoram, dill weed, and thyme (all available in your spice rack or supermarket).
* First, to clean out any negative energy, you MUST sage your home (this can be done as often as you like throughout the year). Light the sage and walk around your ENTIRE home with it, paying particular attention to windows and doors (be aware that your emotions are calm, and focused on ridding your home of negativity). Next, take the protective herb blend and place a bit in the four farthest corners of your home. To protect the entrances of your home, put a dab of Protection oil on the edges of your front and back door frames. Take the salt, and sprinkle it around the outside of your house (the entire perimeter). Now the house is cleansed of all negative energy, well protected, and ready for spell casting!
TO RID YOUR HOME OF NEGATIVITY
* A good way to rid your home of negativity is to fill a cup with dirt. Set the dirt in the busiest room of your house, after holding it in your hands, and asking Mother Earth to remove all the negativity in your home. Wait 7 days and throw the dirt out.
SPELL FOR PETS & CHILDREN
* Hold your child or pet with both hands-feeling your protective power around them, and repeat this spell 3 times: "I BLESS YOU IN THE LADY'S NAME, BE KEPT FROM HARM, LOSS OR PAIN, NONE BUT JOY SHALL LIGHT EACH DAY, AS IN THE LADY'S CARE YOU PLAY, WITH HARM TO NONE, SO MOTE IT BE."
SPELL TO RID YOUR LIFE OF A NEGATIVE PERSON
* You will need: a small jar, a piece of parchment paper, and white vinegar.
* On a piece of parchment paper, write the person's name 9 times, and place it in the jar. Fill the jar with vinegar, and seal it well---Throw the jar into a river, or (for best results) bury it in the ground away from your home.
SPELL TO FREEZE SOMEONE'S NEGATIVE ACTIONS (An old Italian Kitchen Witch Spell)
* You will need: a piece of parchment paper, sea salt [available online], and lemon juice.
* Write the person's name on a piece of parchment, and the negative action that you wish to stop them from doing. On the paper, place some sea salt and a few drops of lemon juice. Fold the paper and place it in the freezer. This will freeze their bad actions!!!

As it is the summer season, we are all setting out to parts unknown to enjoy this glorious weather. That's why I have chosen some spells to protect us in our travels...
THE AUTO PROTECTION SPELL
* You Will Need: A Crystal ball (feng shui crystal) or natural crystal.
* Hang the crystal ball or natural crystal in your car. Visualize a Blue Bubble from the center of the car extending out to the front & back, encasing the whole car. As you visualize repeat this chant three times: “SPHERE OF MAGIC, SPHERE OF POWER, INCREASE YOUR POTENCY, WITH EACH HOUR. PROTECT THIS VEHICLE, IT'S INHABITANTS AND ME, AS I WILL, SO MOTE IT BE.”
SPELL FOR PROTECTION WHILE TRAVELING
* This spell can be used for any sort of travel, whether its by plane, train, or automobile.
* You will need: a black tourmaline, juniper berries (for protection against accidents), cinnamon (you can get this from your spice rack), an amethyst or an aquamarine (if going on a boat), any stones you love [available online],
A red thread, a small container to put your stones and herbs in (such as a red pouch or an empty pill bottle), and protection oil [available online].
Anoint the small container with protection oil. Place all of the ingredients into the container. Repeat the following words 3 times: “MERCURY, GOD OF TRAVEL, HEED MY PLEA THIS DAY. LET MY PLANS NOT UNRAVEL, CARRY ME SAFELY ON MY WAY. HECATE, MOTHER OF THE ROADS, WATCH OVER ME YOUR CHILD. PROTECT ME AS I TRAVEL YOUR ROADS, AND KEEP MY TROUBLE MILD.”
* For extra protection if you are traveling by plane: before boarding, draw a Banishing pentacle on the outside of the plane, and ask for the banishing of any negativity surrounding the plane.
In view of the recent events on our earth, hurricane Katrina, which caused so much pain and suffering to people and animals of the Gulf Coast, I wanted to send out some healing energies. The spells that I have selected are for healing people, places and things.
GENERAL HEALING SPELL FOR PEOPLE AND LAND
* You will need: a blue candle [available online], a piece of parchment paper
* On the full moon, write on the parchment your wishes for what or whom you wish to heal. Light the candle, and send your healing energy into the flame, as it will leave through the smoke to carry out your will. Put the paper into the flame, as it burns recite the following: BY THE FULL MOON'S LIGHT, WITH HELPING HANDS, I SPREAD GOOD HEALTH, THROUGHOUT THE LANDS. SEND ENERGIES FAR AND NEAR, TO HEAL THIS EARTH THAT I HOLD DEAR, AND ALL OF THOSE SO DEAR TO ME, WITH HARM TO NONE, SO MOTE IT BE!!
A SPELL TO HEAL THE PLANET
* This spell will send healing vibrations to our planet (we really need it). It must be performed during the waxing moon (when the moon is going from new to full). You will need access to the beach or a garden.
* You will need: stones, seashells, or flowers, a blue candle (mini tapers are wonderful for this), a stick of incense (which can be stuck into the ground or placed in a burner), and a lighter.
* Arrange the stones, seashells or flowers into a magic circle, five feet across if possible. Stand or kneel in the middle of the circle facing the direction of the ocean. Light the incense and candle within the circle. Raise your hands high with your palms up and recite the following: WITH SMOKE AND FLAME, THIS SPELLS BEGUN. OH GODDESS OF THE STARS, THE MOON AND THE SUN, LET THE HEALING POWER BEGIN. LET THE EARTH BE WHOLE AGAIN. THE EARTH IS MY MOTHER AND I AM HER CHILD. THE EARTH IS MY LOVER , FREE AND WILD. HEAL ON THE OUTSIDE, HEAL WITHIN, LAND AND SEA, FIRE AND WIND. WITH LOVE SINCERE I CHANT THIS PRAYER, TO MAKE MANKIND BEGIN TO CARE. EVERY SISTER & EVERY BROTHER, HEAL THE WOUNDS OF THE GREAT EARTH MOTHER. LET THE HEALING POWER BEGIN, LET THE EARTH BE WHOLE AGAIN. HEAL ON THE OUTSIDE, HEAL WITHIN, LAND AND SEA, FIRE AND WIND. WITH HARM TO NONE, SO MOTE IT BE!
It is important that at the time of such an unfortunate event (Hurricane Katrina), you do anything you possibly can to help heal our Mother Earth and her children. Our spells and prayers for all the living things in the Gulf, are so needed. If you can, please find it in your heart to donate to one of the many organizations who are sending disaster relief. I myself, have donated money to one of these organizations as well as the Humane Society of the United States to help the suffering animals. Open your hearts, as a little money can make a big difference. As fall begins soon, we pray for a new chapter in the world.
With the holidays looming over us, the current tension in the world, and all of us in need of a spiritual lift, this month I am sending some spells for LOVE. There are many kinds of love, in addition to romantic love, that should be important to us at this time of year--Love of family, love of friends, and peaceful home conditions, will add to your happiness at this time.
IF YOU WISH TO ATTRACT A LOVER (with no one specific in mind)
* you will need: juniper berries, lavender, and rose petals
* On a Friday at sunset, when the moon is becoming full, throw the herbs into a fireplace, or even into a candle flame. As these herbs burn repeat the following three times: "MY TRUE LOVE'S FACE I'VE YET TO SEE; I KNOW NOT WHAT THEIR NAME WILL BE; BUT SOON THEIR HEART WILL BEAT FOR ME; COME HITHER LOVE, SO MOTE IT BE!"
SPELL TO ATTRACT AND KEEP FRIENDS
* you will need: a lodestone
* Carry a Lodestone which will attract good people into your life, and say this spell 3 times: "PURE OF HEART COME MY WAY, BLACK OF HEART, STAY AWAY! SO MOTE IT BE!"
SPELL TO HEAL RIFTS IN A FAMILY
* you will need: potatoes, carrots, thyme, allspice, water, and a wooden spoon.
* Using a knife cut the potatoes lengthwise, inscribing the initials of those who you have issues with. Put the carved potatoes into a pot with water, allspice, thyme, and carrots. Simmer over medium heat until tender. When you first put the mixture together in the pot, stir with a wooden spoon 3,6,or 9 times chanting: "STIR THE POT AND BRING US ROUND, ROM ARE TO THE ATCHING-TAN BOUND. MERRY WE'LL MEET AND MERRY WE'LL PART, AND MERRY THE COMPANY FOUND!!" Include these potatoes in a meal, served to those who you have issues with to insure peace in the family.
Some herbs to use for love: Balm of Gilead - encourages reconciliation of estranged lovers. Orris Root - attracts love and holds it. Patchouli - attracts people to you.
So dear friends, I wish you peace, love and happiness this holiday season. Be thankful for the people in your life and for all the blessings that you DO have!!!!
Sep/Oct '06: The Four Elements
The four elements - Earth, Air, Fire, and Water are the basis of our world and existence. This month we will use each one to help us in our path of life.
EARTH: TREE HEALING SPELL (TO CURE BACKACHES)
* Find a strong tree. Circle it 9 times asking it to ease your pain. Chant 3 times "OH GREAT TREE, OH STRONG TREE, ABSORB MY PAIN SO I'LL BE FREE". Lay back against the tree's strong trunk and feel it absorb your pain .After a few minutes, rise and thank the tree and bury something precious, like a stone or crystal you love at its roots.
AIR: SPELL TO BANISH FEARS
* You will need: a yellow candle, and a lighter.
* Light a yellow candle. Quietly sit and meditate. Look into the candle's flame, and send all of your anxiety and fears into it. Visualize the candle burning them away. Take the candle outdoors, and let the breeze put out the flame.
This spell is useful if you have lost touch with someone whom you would like to hear from again.
* You will need: a piece of parchment papaer, a pen or pencil, a candle or fireplace.
* On the parchment paper write a letter to the person you wish to communicate with. When the letter is finished light a candle or build a fire in your fireplace. As you visualize the person's face put the letter into the flame. Soon after you should hear from the person with whom you are trying to communicate. Please be careful when burning anything in a fireproof container.
WATER: RINGS OF WATER DIVINATION
* In a small pond or lake, find a smooth pebble or rock. Concentrate on a yes or no question and throw the pebble into the pond. Count the rings which form. If the ripples are an odd number, the answer is yes, if even - the answer is no.
A SPELL TO PROTECT CHILDREN
* To protect children while away from you, throw a handful of earth or sand after them when they leave, without their knowledge. This will ensure their safety.
Jan/Feb/Mar '06: Love & Abundance
HAPPY 2006!!!! The New Year has begun and Valentine's Day is approaching! It is our wish that this new year will be a wonderous one for all of us--So, we need to affirm our wishes and desires to the universe. I am sending you some Love spells, as Feb. 14th is coming, to help you find a valentine this year!!--I'm also including a money spell, as we all are in need of some prosperity after the holidays. As always , we look forward to the new year with the promise of Hope, Love, and Peace.
CONJURE BAG FOR LOVE AND PASSION
* You will need: 1 small pink or red bag/pouch for love, 1 rose quartz, 1 piece of parchment paper, mandrake root (love), orris root - either a small piece of root or the powder (love,companionship, protection), balm of gilead (attracts love, and mends broken hearts).
* On the new moon, write this spell on the parchment paper while focusing your energies on your intention: "BY THE POWER OF LOVE, I MAKE THIS CHARM TO ATTRACT LOVE TO ME, TO BRING THE PERFECT LOVER FOR ME INTO MY LIFE, FOR THE HAPPINESS OF US BOTH - WITH HARM TO NONE." Place the parchment and other ingredients into the bag. Carry it with you, and love will come!!
SALEM WITCH'S LOVE POTION
* You will need:1 teaspoon Rose petals or Rose oil (for love), 1 teaspoon Lavender flowers or Lavender oil (attracts love to you), 1 leaf or the bark from an Oak tree (for masculine energy), 1 teaspoon Cinnamon (for power and success in love), 1/2 teaspoon orris root powder (love, companionship, protection), 1-2 cups of water, and A vessel in which to simmer your ingrediants (cauldron, potpourri pot, enamel pot etc.).
* Place the ingredients in a pot and simmer. While you are brewing your mixture, repeat this spell 3 times: "BY THE POWERS OF THE GODDESS AND GOD, BY ALL THE GOOD SPIRITS OF LOVE, I CHARGE THIS POTION TO ATTRACT LOVE, GOOD FEELINGS, ROMANCE, AND PASSIONATE LOVE BETWEEN LOVERS, AFFECTION, AND LASTING FRIENDSHIP. THIS SPELL IS DONE WITH HARM TO NONE." When cool, sprinkle the mixture around the house, dab it on the front & back doors, and wear it when you go out to bring you love.
SPELL TO ATTRACT MONEY
* You will need: 1 green bag/pouch, frankincense incense and a container in which to burn it, any or all of the following money attracting herbs- vervain, cinqefoil, mandrake, and patchouli.
* Light the frankincense incense. Stuff the green bag/pouch with your blend of herbs. Hold the stuffed bag over the smoke of the incense and let it bless the bag, as you recite 3 times: "THE MOON IS A GOLDEN COIN, CYBELE. I CARRY YOUR ABUNDANCE WITH ME. BLESSINGS UPON THEE AND ME. WITH HARM TO NONE, BLESSED BE." Carry the pouch with you and your money should increase within the month.
Spring has sprung and the earth is rejuvenating itself in all its glory!! Spring is for new beginnings, and in the spring many of us consider doing something new that will improve our lives. For example looking to broaden our horizons by finding a new job, or wanting to lose some weight to improve the way we feel about ourselves. This month I have selected two spells which I find particularly useful. Both of these spells include a lot of effort on your part to make them happen!
GETTING THAT JOB SPELL
* You will need: a blue item of clothing, a silver candle, some lavender, a teaspoon of saffron, a tsp. Of sea salt, half a cup of sand, a small box.
* The best time to cast this spell is on a Monday at 7pm. Begin by taking a shower to cleanse yourself. After you have bathed dress yourself in a blue item of clothing. Sit comfortably in a private space with your spell ingredients in front of you on a flat surface. Relax your mind and body. Light the candle as you repeat this spell 3 times: I OPEN MY HEART TO RECEIVE THE LOVE OF THE UNIVERSE, SHOW ME THE WAY TO SUCCESS AND WISDOM. Now mix the lavender, saffron, salt, and sand together thoroughly. Throw a little of the mixture out of the window, and around the house and put the rest in the box. Try sprinkling some over the employment section in the newspaper. When you go for a job interview, wear blue, and carry some of the Magic mixture with you!! The job of your dreams is just a sprinkle away!
* You will need: a piece of parchment paper, a pen, marker, or pencil.
* On the piece of parchment paper draw a 5 pointed star. In the point of each star write: REFRIGERATOR STAY INVISIBLE TO ME. As you write it picture your ideal weight. When you have completed your talisman place it on the refrigerator where you will see it. This will protect you from over eating, and will help you to attain your goal weight!
