INTRODUCTION TO RUNES (Fran*)
Thursday September 23, 2010 (7pm-8pm)

Runes are the magical letters of the Northern people. They were used more as an oracle and for magic then for writing. In this class we will learn their meaning, pronunciation, how to use them in divination, what god or goddess rules each, and what crystal and tree vibrates to each rune. ($20- if registered by Tuesday September 21; $25- after.) *Fran has over 30 years of experience in metaphysical studies and was a professional tarot card reader.

CRYSTALS (Rev. Roni Todd*)
Wednesday September 29, 2010 (7pm-8pm)

Because crystals come from the earth they have a natural beauty, and strong attainable power. This hands on class will teach you how to work with these natural beauties, and how they effect us emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Various crystals will be passed around so that you may feel their power for yourself. ($20- if registered by Saturday September 25; $25- after.) *Rev. Todd has over 30 years of experience as a professional psychic. She has special special knowledge of the spirit world, astrology, tarot, witchcraft, crystals, palmistry and all things mystical.

REIKI HEALING CIRCLE (Rev. Pauline Southard*)
Tuesday October 5, 2010 (7pm-8:30pm)

All are welcome to attend an evening of healing as we share our energy to heal our relationships, our world and ourselves. Experience and learn about this amazing and empowering form of energy healing. ($25- if registered by Saturday October 2; $30- after.) *Rev. Pauline is an Usui and Karuna Reiki Master, a Vortex Healing Practitioner and a hypnotherapist. She is a teacher, healer, astrologer, tarot card reader, psychic and medium who has been reading at Instant Karma for the past eleven years.

SCRYING (Fran*)
Thursday October 21, 2010 (7pm-8pm)

Scrying the art of gazing into an object for the purpose of divination, or to aid psychic abilities such as clairvoyance. During this class you will learn what scrying is, and learn how to do it. You will all try your hand at scrying, and we will discuss your results. Anyone can learn to scry. It is all a matter of practice. ($20- if registered by Tuesday October 19; $25- after.) *Fran has over 30 years of experience in metaphysical studies and was a professional tarot card reader.

ANNUAL SÉANCE (Rev. Roni Todd*)
Tuesday October 26, 2010 (7pm-8pm)

The week of Halloween is known to be the time when the Veil between the worlds is thinnest. It is a perfect time to try to communicate with those who have passed beyond. Join Rev. Todd for a classic séance. Class space is very limited for this class so please make your reservations early! ($20- if registered by Saturday October 23; $25- after.) *Rev. Todd has over 30 years of experience as a professional psychic. She has special special knowledge of the spirit world, astrology, tarot, witchcraft, crystals, palmistry and all things mystical.

TAROT USES IN MEDITATION (Fran*)
Thursday November 18, 2010 (7pm-8pm)

In today's hectic world we often feel stressed and over worked. Meditation is a good way to make our mind calm and peaceful. Meditation can also help us to understand our own mind. We can learn how to transform our mind from negative to positive, from disturbed to peaceful, from unhappy to happy. It is also a good way to help us understand and develop our psychic awareness. In this class using the pictures of the Major Arcana in Tarot we will learn to Meditate to heighten our level of spiritual awareness. We will learn how each card of the Major Arcana in Tarot can be used for the purpose of reaching a heightened level of spiritual awareness, and fulfillment in our lives. ($20- if registered by Tuesday November 16; $25- after.) *Fran has over 30 years of experience in metaphysical studies and was a professional tarot card reader.

Policy for Classes and Workshops:

Space is very limited and classes fill up quickly, so registering in advance is suggested. All those that are not registered are on a first come basis. A deposit of half of the admission of the class/ workshop must accompany registration. You can register in person or over the phone with a credit card. You CANNOT register for classes via email. Deposits for classes/ workshops are refundable for a store or class credit only. Cancellation within 24 hours of class time is necessary. If you have made a reservation and do not give 24 hours notice of your cancellation you forfeit your deposit. All courses (courses include classes with more than 1 session in a series) must be paid in full at the first class, NO EXCEPTIONS! If you register online for a class after the "registered by" date you will be charged the remaining balance to be paid in cash on the evening that you attend the class.
